Spacedog: Juice for the Baby

Spacedog: Juice for the BabyExciting news reaches the Moonbase that the debut album from friend of the show Sarah Angliss and her band Spacedog, entitled Juice for the Baby, has been released.

The album features Sarah on theremin, saw, robotic carillon, recorder, piano and Max/MSP patches; Jenny Angliss on vocals and Stephen Hiscock on vibraphone, glockenspiel, drums, handbells and other percussion.

It's a darkly beautiful and positively spooky piece of work. In fact might we be bold enough to propose a new word, séantific, to describe this splendid release. We'll be playing a track from the album on the next edition of the show.

You can buy copies of the album in either CD or download form from Spacedog's Bandcamp page.
